What is Fractora Forma?

Dr Sagoo says “Fractora Forma is a non-invasive skin treatment that promotes skin tightening by heating the deep layers of skin. How does it work?

Fractora Forma and Fractora Plus technologies utilize radio-frequency (RF) energy to penetrate the skin layers. The goal is to selectively heat the skin tissue and the deep dermis where the collagen fibres are embedded. The local heating may cause an immediate contraction of the collagen fibres and at the same time may increase the metabolism of the collagen-producing cells (called fibroblasts), which may accelerate the production of new collagen fibres. Radio-frequency may also diminish the size of fat cells for better contouring.

Fractora Forma and Fractora Plus offer you two configurations of non-invasive treatments, which may produce collagen remodelling. The “Forma” treatment is for the face and neck, while the “Plus” treatment treats the body.

Will it hurt?

The Fractora Firm and Fractora Plus treatments are virtually painless. During treatment, some candidates can experience mild heating sensations. When can I expect results?

Immediate results are seen in many patients during the first treatment. Schedules should be based on a medical pre-evaluation. You can arrange individual treatments or a package, whatever suits your needs the best.

Can Fractora Forma be used in combination with other treatments?

Yes, Fractora Forma can be used in combination with most other laser treatments, facials, injectables and/or fillers.
