What is FaceTite?
FaceTite™ and NeckTite™ are two minimally-invasive radiofrequency-based treatments that can achieve results comparable to a surgical procedure without the associated downtime or discomfort. These treatments are perfect for patients interested in tightening loose skin or excess fat in same, localized areas of the body. These sophisticated devices use the gentle power of radiofrequency energy to address excess fat and skin in localized problem areas. Because these procedures use significantly less invasive methods of fat removal than surgical treatments, the associated recovery time is relatively short.
FaceTite can help to address lax skin in small localised areas. FaceTite is often a good solution where there is saggy skin that requires tightening and contouring, without the need for fat removal. These areas include the eyes, eyebrows, forehead and mouth.

How long does FaceTite last?
The treatment result from FaceTite may last up to about five years, similar to a mini FaceLift. Thereafter the skin will age naturally, though genetics and lifestyle may affect the lifespan of the FaceTite.
What areas can be treated with FaceTite?
The forehead, cheeks, jowls, neck, nasolabial folds (nose to mouth), in fact just about any area above the shoulders can be treated with FaceTite.
Is FaceTite painful?
A local anaesthetic is administered which reduces discomfort to minimal levels. As with BodyTite and NeckTite, FaceTite does not require a general anaesthetic which reduces downtime, no overnight stay is required and treatments can be performed within the day.
Is one treatment enough?
Normally yes, though this would depend upon the skin laxity and your desired results.
Do FaceTite and NeckTite have to be used in combination?
Depending on your aesthetic concerns Dr Sagoo, who is well experienced with both treatments, shall assess you in the pre-treatment consultation and may recommend using either treatment in isolation, or both in combination.
How do these Treatments Work?
Typically, local anaesthesia is administered to numb the patient’s desired treatment area. During FaceTite™ and NeckTite™ treatments, a small probe is inserted into the skin. This probe heats both the inner and outer layers of the skin, causing the tissues to contract and jump-starting the body’s natural healing process. Heat is also delivered to the fat cells in the area, causing them to rupture and die. As the probe affects both the skin and fat cells, patients achieve visibly tighter and more youthful-looking skin.
In most cases, only one treatment is needed for patients to see significant improvements. Because it can take time for the body’s healing process to dramatically impact the skin’s appearance, patients should expect to see the results of their treatment in the first few months following a procedure.
How is this better than a facelift?
By avoiding a facelift excision procedure, patients may benefit from reduced post-procedural swelling and discomfort. In general, this is a less traumatic process that may produce a more natural appearance.
What kind of procedure care is required?
FaceTite and NeckTite are minimally invasive procedures performed under local anaesthesia or light sedation. Post-procedure, you can go home and resume your routine shortly after. Wearing a compression garment is required.
How quickly will I see results?
Results may often be seen immediately, with best results usually noticeable after six to twelve weeks.
